It’s called BATCHING

Ever heard the term, measure twice, cut once.  Well we take that pretty seriously at Heffys.  It’s called batching, we measure out every ingredient before we even think about firing up the kettles to cook up delicious BBQ sauce.

Check out the process a bit closer, if you lean in you can almost smell it :)
